Rotor-sterilizer grinds, steams and dries waste into safe, inert solids.

Grind & heat to 100 °C to evaporate moisture, then ramp to 151 °C under steam for full sterilization, before vacuum-drying to 60 °C into inert powder.

The Conversion Process

Rotor grinds while heating to 100 °C—moisture evaporates.
Sterilize at 151 °C under steam for 3 minutes.
